I don’t know how they did it but they must have my Grandma and Mother in the kitchen cooking. This place has amazing home cooked meals that really warm the soul. You can get slow cooked bone on chicken, baked sweet potatoes, country style green beans, and warm creamy Maryland crab dip. Wash it all down with your choice of a plethora of craft beers on tap. And the staff? Superb, some of the nicest and most welcoming folks you’ll ever have wait on you. This is a hidden gem and a high class establishment. Highly recommended!
Last night i took 4 pints of chicken soup home to my wife suffering with the crappy cold and cough! Today this am she was feeling much better! Joe and lisa are responsible for everything Adams. I have been a customer since they opened. They have hired great people since the day they opened, best ribs and side. Great daily specials. Great community servants always there to help.in the area and btw many mids have mover thru our home and it was always great and their favorite restaurant thanks joe and lisa and thank so very much happy new year to you your families and incredable staff!!! Always love Adams! Chill bar. Great staff. Awesome food and beer selection. The Annapolis location was my first experience and this one is just as great! Bonus points for being directly adjacent to one of the best liquor stores (Dawson's) in the area!
Everything about this place was amazing! I drive past the location regularly and always enjoyed the aroma of smoked meat that awakens your senses from a block away. The ribs were fall off the bone and melted in my mouth. I wasn’t a huge fan of the bbq sauce flavor as it was more tangy that I prefer but still very good. The crab cakes were made with real lump crab meat and were also very delicious. Our waitress was very kind and prompt. She got drink refills before I ran out and I didn’t have to ask which I liked. The atmosphere was decent but probably because I was sitting in the bar side and not the dining room side. I will be going back again for the delicious food and great service, so next time, if I don’t do carry out, I would prefer the dining room side. Great experience overall!
This was my first time returning to Adams after my job relocated me across the street. The place is so clean even the windows. The food was most excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Being from North Carolina I know good barbecue and this was outstanding. Get the pulled pork sandwich with a side of hush puppies.
This place is beautiful, quiet, and calm. I had the rib and cake combo with string beans and a loaded baked potato. Very tasty. Friendly staff. Came back for some Thai peanut wings. Grilled pork chop with bourbon sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans!
My first time here and my normal order is to check the burgers out. My burger was cooked perfectly. It seems trivial, but you would be surprised how many times it gets overcooked. My burger was a perfect 8 oz., lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, seared all over...the fries were cooked perfectly too, not overcooked . Rose, my server, was on point and refilled my drink without being flagged down. I tried Adam's Apple Pie with Cinnamon Ice Cream, so delicious... I will definitely return to try out their famous ribs, just wished they had a dry rub option.
